We believe firmly in following a very strong set of principles that guide us in our ethical conduct and treatment of employees, suppliers, customers, and even our competitors. Key to maintaining and keeping the trust of the public as well as of our customers, business partners and shareholders in the integrity and law-abiding behavior of our management and employees. The Management Board of our holding company, Freundenberg Chemical Specialities SE & Co. KG has therefore adopted the Code of Conduct and Guiding Priciples which are binding for all managers and employees. The Code of Conduct sets out what is expected in terms of business conduct and behavior from each employee, regardless of position. The Code aims to enable all employees to deal with athical and legal issues appropriately.
